Privileges and Limitations
A multi-engine rating allows a pilot to act as pilot-in-command of an aircraft with more than one engine. This is a requirement if you would like to fly for an airline. The airlines weigh a pilot's multi engine experience heavily.
Requirements
Multi-Engine training is to proficiency. It generally takes about 10 hours to add multi-engine privleges to your pilot certificate.
Cost
All training is billed on a per hour basis.
